When Rosalind is banished from her father’s kingdom by her usurping aunt, she masquerades as Ganymede the page. Confusion and laughter follow when Ganymede falls for fellow exile Orlando. One of Shakespeare’s most-beloved comedies, As You Like It is replete with the bard’s best tricks: banishment, disguise, mistaken identity, romance, song, and plenty of rustic revelry.
